In her insightful book "Finding Your Brand True North: How To Lead With Purpose, Direction And Meaning," Lauren introduces a powerful tool for entrepreneurs seeking clarity. The North Star Exercise helps you align your passions, skills, and market demand to find your unique business direction.

Here's how the North Star Exercise works:

1. N - Your Why:

   • Why do you want to do what you do?

   • What's your mission?

   • What legacy do you want to leave?

2. E - Expert-Ease:

   • What are you naturally good at?

   • What are your strengths?

   • What solution can you offer?

3. W - What is it that you do?:

   • Who do you want to work with?

   • What problem are you solving?

   • What value can you offer?

4. $ - Monetization:

   • How can you turn your skills into a profitable venture?

   • What transformation can you create?

   • What outcome can you provide?

By exploring these four quadrants, you'll gain a holistic view of your potential business, helping you to identify where your passions, expertise, and market opportunities intersect.

 🦈 Shark!

What a week it’s been!

I ticked off a bucket list item scuba diving the Cancun underwater museum and Manchones Reef where alongside all the amazing statues we saw turtles, stingrays, barracuda & sharks.

We then explored part of the Mexican Reef, the second largest reef in the world, and bumped into a huge Nurse shark. Non aggressive but at about 3 metres, still pretty intimidating! 😮

We’ve eaten traditional Mayan food at a local Mexican Grill, got shooed out of the ocean as a tropical storm approached, and watched a fire show from the top of some Mayan ruins!

All that in between some sun time, a bit of yoga and afternoon Happy Hour 🥳

On Monday my sister arrives for 10 days and it’s my birthday Friday, so some hilarious updates will ensue I’m sure!

Nomad/Travel Tip

Since I’ve been in Cancun I’ve been spotting these everywhere;

At only 0.5KG, they’re a travellers dream and are so comfortable, small and light, they make the best pool partner!

You can lounge, sunbathe, read and even sit up and chat. I love them!

(I may even look at adding these to my travel ecommerce brand at some point as they’re great sellers on Amazon.)

I’m heading to Cancun Centro tonight to see if I can find any here and if not an Amazon order will be put in tonight!
